1. Shipping Origin & Destinations

  • All orders are shipped from France (European Union).

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on your country and the shipping method selected at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • For made-to-order or custom items, processing time may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

These are average delivery estimates provided by carriers and may vary depending on local postal services and customs:

  • France: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & Asia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, peak periods, or local delivery conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or reduced shipping above a certain order amount. Any current offers will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, the email will include a tracking number and link.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


7. Lost, Delayed or Incorrectly Addressed Parcels

  • If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking information. If it has still not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will assist you.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. In such cases, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
